Job Description: HR Executive – Caspian Healthcare
Location: Vijaynagar Colony, Hyderabad
Reporting to: Dr. Khizer Hussain Junaidy (Director)
Department: HRM Department
Hierarchy Level: Middle Management
Pay Structure: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Off Days: Sunday + 1 Casual Leave/month + Public Holidays (as per internal calendar)
PF & ESI: Applicable as per statutory norms
Job Brief:
To develop and execute HR policies that promote high performance, retention, and a positive culture at Caspian Healthcare. The HR Executive will ensure that the workplace remains structured, ethical, and employee-oriented while enabling the growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
One-Time Responsibilities:
Prepare Job Descriptions (JD) for every post.
Prepare Interview Questions for each role.
Prepare Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) & KPIs.
Create Employee Files (with checklist).
Design induction format and training modules.
Set up Leave & Advance Application Forms.
Create an annual calendar for events, birthdays, anniversaries, training, etc.
Prepare written tests and evaluations for training sessions.
Conduct reference checks, document verification & exit interviews.
Daily Responsibilities:
Track staff attendance and handle biometric/manual systems.
Approve leave and advance requests.
Ensure performance reports are submitted daily.
Check and address complaints/suggestions.
Reimburse eligible expense claims.
Weekly Responsibilities:
Hold weekly performance review meetings.
Collect & compile KPI data.
Recognize top performers & counsel non-performers.
Monthly Responsibilities:
Conduct manpower assessment.
Schedule and organize monthly meetings.
Plan training sessions and distribute certificates.
Ensure timely documentation of all HR operations.

Escalate disciplinary issues, repeated absenteeism, and staff grievances
Maintain a log of warnings issued and resolutions
