Medical Laboratory Technician

Job Description:

Caspian Healthcare is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician to conduct diagnostic tests, analyze samples, and assist doctors in identifying diseases. The ideal candidate should have experience in laboratory procedures, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of medical testing protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze blood, urine, and tissue samples.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment for various diagnostic tests.
• Prepare reports and communicate findings to doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure proper labeling and handling of specimens to prevent contamination.
• Follow safety procedures and comply with healthcare regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and laboratory logs.
• Conduct quality control checks on testing procedures and equipment.
• Assist in research and development of new diagnostic techniques.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT) or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of [X] years in a diagnostic lab or hospital setting.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to use lab equipment efficiently.
