Job Description:

Caspian Healthcare is looking for a Pharmacist to manage and dispense medications, provide patient counseling, and ensure compliance with medical prescriptions. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of pharmaceuticals, strong communication skills, and a commitment to patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications as per doctor’s prescriptions.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and ensure proper dosage and administration guidelines.
• Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and storage instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of medications, stock levels, and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, pharmacy laws, and hospital policies.
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide recommendations for non-prescription medications.
• Monitor inventory and order pharmaceutical supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of medicines in the pharmacy.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D).
• Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in a pharmacy or medical store.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of drugs, attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
