Job Description:

A Surgeon at Caspian Healthcare is responsible for performing surgical procedures, diagnosing medical conditions, and providing post-operative care. The role requires precision, expertise, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform surgical procedures in accordance with hospital protocols and patient needs.
• Evaluate patients to determine the necessity of surgical intervention.
• Interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging and laboratory results.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals during surgeries.
• Ensure preoperative and postoperative care, including follow-ups and patient recovery monitoring.
• Educate patients and families about surgical procedures, risks, and post-surgical care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to medical documentation standards.
• Stay updated on advancements in surgical techniques, tools, and best practices.
• Adhere to strict sterilization and safety protocols to prevent infections and complications.
• Provide emergency surgical interventions when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or DO) with specialization in surgery (e.g., General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Cardiothoracic Surgery, etc.).
• Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience as a practicing surgeon.
